Workforce alignment & priority tracking

Put your priorities at the heart of everyday work.

Connect what matters to your business with the work your people report. Bring effort, progress and competing demands into a clearer view.

Currently at concept stage. PriorityAligned is a proposed subscription application from Platform Foundry. We are inviting interest from companies to help shape an initial pilot.

A shared directionMake the current priorities clear.

A simple work updateCapture effort with useful context.

A better next conversationSee what needs attention or a decision.

From business intent to everyday action

Busy teams.
Clearer direction.

Setting priorities is the beginning. The next challenge is understanding whether everyday work supports them—and what gets in the way.

01

Are the important things getting attention?

See how reported effort relates to the priorities agreed for the team and the period.

02

What keeps pulling work off course?

Bring urgent requests, routine responsibilities and unresolved blockers into the discussion.

03

What should change next?

Use the evidence to clarify direction, resolve competing demands and agree the next focus.

The proposed workflow

A small update.
A more informed overview.

A focused cycle designed for owners, managers and teams that want everyday work to support agreed business priorities.

01 / SET DIRECTION

Define what matters.

Set short-, medium- and long-term priorities. Identify the people and teams involved, the current focus and the intended result.

02 / RECORD WORK

Keep updates simple.

Invite employees to add brief daily or weekly entries: the work performed, a relevant category, time spent and useful outcome or blocker.

03 / UNDERSTAND PATTERNS

Make effort visible.

Review structured analytics and AI-assisted explanations of reported alignment, competing demands and gaps that need clarification.

04 / ADJUST TOGETHER

Agree the next focus.

Give management an actionable overview and employees a personal snapshot. Confirm priorities and resolve what is holding work back.

Designed around your operating rhythm

The right perspective,
at the right time.

The planned reporting approach brings different questions into focus as the period changes.

Report frequency should match the availability of work updates. Missing or older entries need to remain visible in the analysis.

Daily

See immediate diversions, urgent blockers and priorities that need attention before the next working day.

Weekly

Review the balance of effort, recurring interruptions and the decisions that would help the team refocus.

Monthly

Explore sustained patterns and reported progress toward the outcomes the business is working to achieve.

Clarity for leaders.

  • A shared picture of priorities and reported work.
  • Visibility of recurring diversions and conflicting requests.
  • Focused summaries to support review and follow-up.

Context for your people.

  • A clear view of what matters for their role.
  • A way to explain progress, interruptions and blockers.
  • Feedback that connects their effort to the bigger picture.

The intended AI layer supports interpretation and human review. Work logs alone do not establish productivity, results or why someone departed from a priority. Findings should remain linked to the underlying entries, with room for clarification and correction.

Help shape the first practical version

Start with your team's alignment challenge.

We welcome enquiries from companies interested in exploring a focused pilot, particularly where priorities are communicated but following the work remains difficult.

PriorityAligned is not yet a generally available product. Proposed features are subject to validation and an agreed pilot scope.

  1. Share the problem.

Tell us about your team, how you communicate priorities and what you struggle to see today.

  2. Define a focused proof of concept.

For a suitable enquiry, agree the workflow to demonstrate, success criteria, timing and any fees before work begins.

  3. Review a path to deployment.

Assess the evidence together. Any further build, pilot operation or subscription arrangement is agreed separately.

A few practical questions

Before we talk.

Is PriorityAligned available to subscribe to today?

No. It is currently a proposed capability seeking early pilot interest. This page explains the intended approach. Scope, delivery timing and any commercial commitment would be confirmed with you before proceeding.

What would employees enter?

The intended starting point is a one-line description of each work effort, a relevant work category and time spent. Priority links, outcomes and blockers provide context. Categories and the daily or weekly cadence would be shaped around the team.

How would AI add value?

The proposed AI layer would help interpret short work descriptions, summarize patterns and identify questions for review. Analytics would calculate the underlying figures. Uncertain classifications, incomplete data and conflicting instructions should be visible to the reviewer.

How would routine work and urgent requests be treated?

They need their own context. Essential duties and authorized urgent work should be recognized when reviewing alignment. The aim is to understand how effort is allocated and where direction needs clarifying.

What does an initial enquiry cost?

There is no charge to send an enquiry. If there is a suitable fit, Platform Foundry will explain the proposed discovery or proof-of-concept engagement and confirm any fees before you decide whether to proceed.
